Brand experience agency Civic Entertainment Group has acquired strategic communications consultancy Wave Kilo. 

The deal, effective this month, brings Wave Kilo’s focus on corporate storytelling, executive visibility, thought leadership, brand positioning, issues and crisis management and corporate affairs to Civic Entertainment Group, the agency said in a statement.

Wave Kilo was founded by Howard Clabo in 2018. The agency, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles and Miami, provides digital marketing and communications support for startups and Fortune 500 companies.
