Wyndham Global Conference

Together, Wyndham and its franchisees are going places. That was the message and thematic heard and seen by thousands of hotel owners, suppliers and Wyndham team members at the 2025 Global Conference in Las Vegas. Over the course of 3 days and amid a packed Caesars Forum, one of the city’s newest and most modern convention centers, company leaders laid out new initiatives spanning technology, sourcing, loyalty and marketing —all designed to help their hotel owners better serve their guests.

We partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop and produce 4.5 hours of mainstage programming; bring 40+ Wyndham brands and departments to life on stages, screens, and branded trade show experiences; design and produce multiple networking and hospitality experiences for 5K+ attendees; and support 42 unique learning and development sessions.

Civic also led venue outreach and contract negotiation, project management, strategy and creative, graphic and experience design, stage programming (inclusive of scripting and presentation development), trade show design, and sponsorship monetization strategy and execution.
