Civic led the strategy, development and execution of Ford’s sponsorship of the 2025 Aspen Ideas Festival, elevating Ford’s reputation for product passion, innovation and leadership in the future of auto amongst a world-class, opinion leader audience.

Civic worked with Ford and the Aspen Institute to comprehensively and authentically represent the entire enterprise throughout the two-week event, with programming, experiences and touchpoints that spanned across all three of Ford’s business units (Ford Pro, Ford Blue, Model e), Ford Philanthropy and Michigan Central.

Ford’s presence included: 

  • Ford CEO Jim Farley mainstage talk with Walter Isaacson introducing the Essential Economy and announcing Ford’s owned forum on the topic in September.
  • “Designing with Heart” salon dinner exploring how in an era of AI innovation, the power of design inspires, transforms, and shapes the future of our lives including first-ever display of a new concept car.
  • Ford Pro and Michigan Central roundtable discussions.
  • Ford Philanthropy President Mary Culler panel “How Philanthropies and Civil Society Are Meeting the Moment”.
  • Meet-n-greet for Ford leaders and Aspen Fellows.
  • Ford Base Camp gathering space, including happy hours with Ford Pro partner Sonoma County Winegrowers.
  • Bronco Off-Road experience up Aspen Mountain.
