In early 2024, Verizon held its inaugural Sports & Entertainment Partner Summit at Irving Plaza NYC. The Summit convened VZ’s top leadership and creatives with partners in the sports and entertainment space like the NHL, NFL and Live Nation to discuss Verizon’s partnership strategy designed to reinvent the industry model – going beyond traditional media buys and naming rights to instituting an updated framework for innovation, profitability and mutual customer benefit.
